Available in a range of mesh sizes for light grinding or pre polishing, these discs should be used in conjunction with diamond tech magnetic master laps. The magnetic master lap, with a recessed arbor is attached to the grinding or faceting unit with a simple nut so that the full face disc can be fastened with the magnetic force resulting in a large unencumbered grinding surface. 180 mesh diamond is intermediate in size and useful for fine shaping and preforming or faceting. Recommended applications; Fine Grinding - tungsten carbide/ceramic tools, glass, cermets, polycrystalline tools, and natural and synthetic stones.
