Diamond Tech electroplated and galvanic saws consist of a single layer of super abrasive particles bonded to the saw by a hard nickel matrix. The tough bond enhances free cutting action because of maximized diamond particle exposure. Engineered for faster cutting as well as longer life, our saws provide for smooth cutting in either oil or water. Our diamonds are well graded for their durability and toughness and are remarkably effective for hard brittle materials like glass or cubic zirconia.
